Food for just the body, is not enough!
In 2007 KCC got its' name from a plethora of over 500 satisfied guests at a dinner event hosted by Carlos Kelly and friends. The comments and acknowledgments Carlos received led him to find his "niche." For 10+ years he studied not only the art of cooking and catering but he also acquired a robust sense of taste. After almost 12 years of catering to not just the body, but the tongue, and with ample request he decided to give KCC and official home in 2019.
